Zoilo Ríos, S. A. has implemented a Quality System according to the requirements of the UNE-EN-ISO 9001.

That System counts with the certification of BVQI for the process of washing interior of tanks, since 23 December 1999.
Later, viewed the results obtained, in the year 2002 was decided to expand the scope of such certification to all processes carried out by the company, resulting on 29 May 2003 the certification of the System for the Integral management of SERVICE STATIONS.

With the introduction of Quality System have obtained a better organization of the Enterprise, and greater effectiveness in the implementation of the processes:
In the System it is defined totally since we must make the things, who must do them and when.
There have established channels of communication and information to all levels of the organization, obtaining the active participation of all personnel in the continuous improvement of the company. It provides an adequate training to every job in order to increase and improve the training of personnel in the implementation of their tasks.
It has established ways and procedures to improve the effectiveness of relations with external parties (Clients and Suppliers).
They have instituted procedures that helps us to prevent the judgments before they happen as well as to analyse the incidents occurred and take corrective actions that prevent a recurrence.
It has established goals for improvement quantified that allow us to assess the effectiveness of our processes, …

In short, with the introduction of Quality System we have managed to our COMPANY EVOLUCIONE TOWARDS THE IMPROVEMENT CONTINUES and towards the realization of our main objective, MEETING THE NEEDS AND HOPES OF OUR INTERNAL, EXTERNAL AND FINAL CLIENTS.

In December 2005 our facilities of the Washing Garage Las Ventas were inspected by the TÜV Rheinland Group, the purpose of verifying that our Washing of Interior of Tanks complies with the minimum requirements established in the Royal Decree 948 of 2003 and its amendment Order ITC /2765/2005, bringing the corresponding Certificate of Conformity, without any shortcoming in this regard.

Recently in June 2007, Zoilo Ríos, S. A. has made the assessment SQAS.
This audit has covered the washing activities of internal and external cisterns and tank-containers for dangerous products and not dangerous, and has made by applying the system CEFIC_Safety and Quality Assessment Sustem (SASA Tank Clearing) April 2003.
